Cancellation / Refund Conditions for Renting Boats

At Sailoryachting.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. For this reason, 
the following conditions apply in case of cancellation or return of orders related to the rental of boats:

Cancel
If you want to cancel your boat rental order, we ask that you contact us as soon 
as possible and provide your reservation number. 
If a specific date has been given to cancel your reservation, you must notify us prior to the cancellation date. 
Your payment will be refunded after cancellation.

Return
After your boat rental is done, the return conditions are only valid if there is a problem with the boat. 
In case you wish to return it,we request that you contact us as soon as possible and report the problem. 
Depending on the nature of the issue and the time frame needed for resolution, 
the amount to be refunded to you can be agreed upon.

Weather conditions
Your boat rental may be canceled depending on the weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation, 
we ask you to contact us to assist you with rescheduling or canceling your reservation.

Boat Change
If there is a problem with the boat during the charter process, 
we can offer you an alternative option to change the boat. 
If you do not accept alternative options, your payment will be refunded to you.
